Other FAQs:

Oops!  We broke something.  What should we do?

As our daughter likes to remind us, “accidents happen!” 🙂 We know breakages occur so please just inform us. Depending on the item/damange we will let you know if it needs to be replaced

When can we check in and when do we checkout?

Check in is after 3pm and check out is no later than 10am. Please note we are strict about the check out time as we need to get the house ready for the next guest

How do we get in and out of the house?

A four-digit code will be provided prior to check-in.  This code can be used to lock and unlock the house during your visit. A garage door opener will also be provided for easy access to the garage.  Upon return from the beach we ask that you enter through the garage and use an easy access door from the garage out to the back deck to rinse in the outdoor shower

What should we do when we check out?

  • Tidy up!  Leave the house as you found it.  The house will be professionally cleaned but our cleaning team focuses on … cleaning, not picking up
  • Clean out refrigerator; remove any of your personal items.  Please leave only what was in the fridge/freezer when you arrived
  • Place all trash in the Coffin trash bin.  Place recycling in the barrel in the garage
